"Challenging Experience Up to Now"
It's been a bit tough so far, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for better days ahead.

On the 8th, we reached out to get answers to a couple of questions regarding a shower tray before placing our order. As of the 17th, I still haven't received any confirmation, even after following up several times.

Finally, I got a reply.

"Deceptive Practices"
They claimed to have a toilet and cistern in stock, so I went ahead and paid for it. What I got instead was a different toilet, and no cistern at all. I called them up to let them know about the mix-up, and they said the cistern was never available and they couldn't give me a delivery date. Now I'm stuck waiting for them to pick up the wrong toilet, and then I’ll have to wait another 3-5 days for my refund. Not impressed with their service, and I definitely won’t be shopping here again.

"Top-notch support from the team"
I had an issue with a toilet seat, and the customer service was fantastic. They reached out to the manufacturer right away, and after I provided some photos, the manufacturer shipped a replacement to Bathroom and Shower Direct. To avoid any hold-ups, Bathroom and Shower Direct sent me a replacement from their stock. Truly a first-class experience!

"Simple and straightforward ordering"
The ordering was simple and straightforward. However, the delivery was lacking; I didn’t get any heads-up about when it would arrive. I came home to find two big boxes with a toilet just sitting out in plain sight by the road. On the bright side, everything was delivered correctly, well-packaged, and in one piece.

"Service left a lot to be desired"
I placed an order for a hidden cistern. A few days later, I got an email saying there might be a wait of up to 3 weeks. They asked if I wanted to choose something else or cancel. I opted for an alternative, but a few days after that, I was told they couldn't offer me anything else. Meanwhile, my customer has been stuck without her en-suite toilet! This situation makes me look bad, and I definitely won't be coming back to this company.
